From Shell’s deal operations to AI healthcare and national public systems, I work at the intersection of complex processes, domain expertise and technology, taking ambiguous problems from early definition to shipped experiences.

Nykaa taught me to connect design decisions to product outcomes. I worked across a 0→1 Ad Tech platform and B2B commerce, designing for both user behaviour and business metrics, where improvements to the experience translated directly into conversion and order value.
