Designed for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India, this national digital infrastructure project unifies and simplifies the core citizen filing portal and backend administrative verification workflows. The design strategy was centered on establishing absolute clarity and visual accessibility for a highly diverse population of 1.4 billion people. By mapping complex multi-departmental administrative procedures into simple, step-by-step progress cards and transparent validation criteria, the system removes organizational silos and builds citizen confidence. The backend workflow cockpit empowers government verifying officers to perform secure reviews, process applications, and resolve disputes on a single unified interface, slashing processing cycles while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and absolute security.
